As per the insert you received in your topper box upon delivery, we advise allowing 3-7 days for your Super Sleeper Pro to fully expand and for any packaging ridges to disappear.
During this period, it is perfectly suitable to be using your mattress topper or alternatively you can leave it to fill out elsewhere.
We encourage you to allow your body some time to adjust to a new environment, please trial the product for at least 14 days to experience the full potential and benefits. We also advise to apply weight to the ridge that will be in the middle of the topper. This is from the way that the mattress topper is packaged and applying weight can help the topper return to it's natural shape quicker!
Please note, we advise the best orientation of the Super Sleeper Pro is to have the blue ribbon located at the foot of the bed.
