    Warranty replacements must be approved before any items are returned.

  3. Return for assessment
    If required, you’ll need to return the product for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty and meets the warranty conditions, we will reimburse your return postage costs—just make sure to include a copy of the return postage receipt.
