To request a return, kindly follow these steps:
- Provide your full name and order number.
- Specify the reason for the return.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning a product that is unsuitable for their needs.
For all Mattress Toppers and Every Comfort Pillows, we kindly request that you've slept on them for at least 14 days before initiating a return.
Please send the returned product or offer in its complete state, including any accessories and bonus gifts.

*Please note that our office is not accessible to outside visitors, and only courier companies are authorized to access our facilities for return product shipments.
