For faulty products under warranty, they must be approved for replacement by our Customer Service Team. Basic product troubleshooting may be carried out, and you may be required to return the products for assessment. SUPER SLEEPER PRO® will assess the damaged item and refund your postage and handling costs if it meets the warranty requirements and you have a copy of the return postage receipt.
