Why is there a ridge when I unfold my topper?Updated 22 days ago

The ridge occurs because the topper is delivered folded and vacuum-packed. We recommend placing some weight on the ridge to help it flatten out on both sides. Over time, this will naturally resolve, and the ridge will stay in place. For the best results, apply weight for the first 72 hours and if possible to let it fully inflate first before using it.
